In compliance with WhatsApp’s transparency requirements:

  • WhatsApp Communication: To send service updates, service due reminders, and AMC renewal reminders.
  • Marketing Campaigns: With your explicit consent, we may send promotional messages regarding our new services or seasonal discount offers, etc.

  • Service Technicians: Necessary details (name, address, phone) are shared with the technician assigned to perform the on-site service.
  • Technology Providers: Cloud hosting services and WhatsApp Cloud API provider (Meta) to facilitate communication.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by Indian law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency) or to protect our legal rights.
